Thank you for your interest in our classes!

WHY MOUNTAIN LAUREL YOGA?
  • Yoga is for all body types at all levels of practice.​
  • Register for scheduled classes or contact to arrange a time.​
  • One-on-one classes or small groups welcome.​
  • For the safety and comfort of all, we regularly sanitize the space and ask that each yogi bring their vaccination card.​
  • On line classes are available.
CAN I ATTEND CLASS AS A WALK-IN?

Yes! However, since space is limited it is best to pre-register one hour before class. When you pre-register, you are assured of space and I will be able to buzz you into the building. A sign in sheet will be available at the studio.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY OWN MAT AND TOWEL?

It is preferable for you to bring your own mat and towel to class. We have blocks and straps available for use and a few extra mats.

HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?

The classes are one hour and five minutes, total is 65 minutes.

DO I NEED ANY EXPERTISE?

Come as you are! Yoga is for all levels of practice. Beginners are welcome!

CAN I BRING A BUDDY?

Yes of course! If you have a current pass, you can bring along a guest under your pass – the guest’s attendance will dock one day off of your pass’s total days. If you bring two guests, then two days, and so on!
