Midsummer Yoga and Clarity Breathwork
On the Full Moon we will gently explore the depths of our breath with intentional breathing and movement. During this special class, we’ll start with intention setting and breath techniques to get centered into the present moment. Then we will transition into some yoga postures to connect the body to the breath. Finishing off with a 20 minute Clarity Breathwork session.
Clarity Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that helps us to access our thoughts and feelings at the level of the subconscious. The breath opens up energy channels and allows for release of what we’ve been holding onto to in order to be more fully present.
The breath is how we experience life! If we are not breathing fully, we are not living our lives fully. My intention is that this workshop will provide you with helpful tools to embrace your breath/life fully.
